Terms of sale and refunds

Who sells it

Purchases are made through Stripe, which is the merchant of record through its Managed Payments. Stripe takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt, and its checkout shows "Sold through Link". The terms Stripe shows at checkout cover the purchase. Your license comes from me, under the license agreement.

Prices

Parallex is $4.99 for up to 3 Macs. At launch it's $2.99 while it lasts, for the first 30 buyers, through a discount applied at checkout. Parallex Pro is $9.99 for up to 5 Macs, or $5 to upgrade a Parallex license. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.

It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and every 2.x update is included.

At checkout you may add $1 to support a student developer. It's optional and buys nothing extra.

Try it first

Each Mac can use everything in Parallex free for 14 days, with nothing to pay and no card.

Refunds

If Parallex isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back, no questions asked. Write to hello@mandip.dev from the email you bought with. A refund ends the license, and a charged-back purchase ends it too. Instances you made keep opening either way.

Founding licenses

Everyone who used Parallex 1.x on or before October 4, 2026 can claim a free Parallex Pro license for up to 5 Macs. Claim it from the app on a Mac that used Parallex by then, until January 31, 2027. If the app can't tell that yours did, write to hello@mandip.dev and you'll get one.

Lost key

Enter your email at parallex.mandip.dev/licence/portal and you get a link to your key and your Macs.
